🚶 Can I take a break? Yes, you are free to take breaks or walk at any time during the race. However, the official race clock (chronometer) will not stop; it will keep running until your time limit is reached.

⏱️ Which laps are counted? All full laps completed before your selected time limit expires are counted. Any laps finished after the final signal sounds will not be added to your total distance.
